DFW-CDG: had the chicken dish and it was horrible, Tasted day old and microwaved before being put into the tray for heating on the plane. Breakfast omelet approached the consistency of my bottom shoe sole. Overall D+.
Catering departing from North America tends to be pretty mediocre as it is supplied/cooked at the outstation.

Don't even get me started on the "bread" that comes on the ex-USA flights.
