The “Online” offers are a bit tricky as it can be hard to tell if something will count. I’ve found that stuff that codes as “Online” on my Citi Rewards+ card counts for “Online” on my SYW card too. You can check by viewing details for a transaction on your account if you have another card from Citi.
The Sears/SYW card site doesn’t show this, but I recently found that you can set an email alert for for any ”Transaction Made Without a Card” which includes online transactions. I haven’t got an “Online” offer in a while but it might help narrow down stuff that will count towards the promo.
I had that setting turned on for a while but it got way too annoying. We order a lot of fast food and I always use the restaurant's app to order (to get offer and points from the restaurant). My SYW card is stored in the app and used to pay. Every time I ordered this way, I'd get an email telling me a transaction was made without the card. Too many emails. These orders count as dining and earn 3%.
