Leaving from NRT today and just wanted to update everyone that the former GS private check in area is now open - but GS are no longer allowed to use area “Z” - it is only for first class passengers. UA has set up a dedicated area for GS in the regular checkin area (aisle E) and it works fine. Definitely will miss the hidden security area and relaxing service - just another reason to use HND now I guess…. FWIW the UA club is now open - but we left immediately and went to NH lounge as the food was WAY better…
