My concierge is hit or miss. Sometimes she will email back the next day and sometimes its several days.

I recently emailed on 01/19 requesting a SUA and crib for my reservations later this year. Hadn't heard anything was about to just call the globalist line. However I got an email from another concierge today saying she assisting my concierge today has requested the suites and waiting for confirmation from the hotels.

I guess I will wait and see who I will get the answer back from. My normal concierge or the "assistant"
