The one time I was able to get an admin (from the sending system) to look at the logs, it appeared that MS would reject/whack the connection if the email had "too many links/URL's" So I created a gmail account to get around that, but seems that Google is now doing something similar.

I know my Chase electronic statements periodically don't make it to Microsoft as I'm randomly getting snail mail from Chase saying they couldn't deliver to [email protected]
No, it doesn't work that way - I have been involved in administering mail servers including bulk mailing services (we were sending up to 200K mails a day) for some time and had to deal with Microsoft, Google, AWS, Yahoo and many others about that. It all depends on how well your mail server is set up (there are heaps of ways how to make sure your messages don't get dumped if you are legitimate business) and "reputation" of your servers.

If you run shonky business like KVS does than you cannot have all the required settings to have/gain good "reputation". Obfuscating your real location (is it Canada, USA or Bahamas or whatever country it is), misusing other business services etc, will not work.
