It it is 77W and you are loooking tor better views, then 7A is a better seat and minimum galley noise. 9L is ok too. 11A will have impaired view due to engine and wing.

If it is 772ER, then I would stay away from row 9 window seats. the location of 9A and 9L are further forward into the galley/closets.
