United sells two separate products, Economy Plus (extra legroom only) and Premium Plus (extra legroom, wider seat, upgraded on-board experience). Now that I'm looking on Google flights and sky scanner it only shows economy plus in the drop down. Doesn't show premium plus. DTW - JNB should have that as an option but I don't know how to book it. United.com is showing economy plus only.
