Finished a stay here for first time in 3 years. Heaps of people remembered very well who I was - including drink preferences by time of day (I lead a very regimented life).

All in all a fabulous time that was too short.

I found the breakfast much improved from 3 years ago. There were coconuts at breakfast. Two thumbs up.

Club lounge staff very friendly and remembered me... At least those still around. Lots of turnover at the hotel in oast 3 years but front desk manager and gm the same.

Was in an executive suite this time. I love all their suites. This was my first time in an exec. Not sure I could see a major difference between a regular suite and an exec so I wouldn't pay extra for an executive in the future.

This remains my favorite property in BKK despite typically liking PHs. Its good value though sometimes prices are high. I used points and at 8000 consider it a great value
