Very sure. This is a preexisting booking that includes the infant and BA have never had issues ticketing the infant.
AIUI QR don't sell infant award tickets so you must book a separate discounted cash fare for the infant and link it to your booking. Compared to BA's straightforward 10% avios/tax charge for an infant ticket able to be completed as a single booking. Given the number of times I've had to change the flights due to QR schedule changes, having two bookings would have been a nightmare (particularly when considering the differences between the BA vs QR call centres...)
