uvasag, here's a link to a seating plan for a 777-200 which has Premium Plus seats (rows 20-21). There are only 8 seats across in Premium Plus versus 10 seats across in Economy. When my wife and I have been in the bulkhead row, she has been able to negotiate out of the window seat without me having to retract the footrest.
