That's a hassle because they charge money for the call and it also takes time. My main concerns are them missing out on potential Gold benefits. There is no fees with booking on the phone. Also, there is no redeposit fee, even if you are beyond the 24 hour window. Biggest issue is if the mileage amount is still the same. There are some advantages to everyone being on the same PNR. If the price in miles is the same, I would go ahead and rebook.
