Thanks for the reply. I'm still within the 24-hour window of making the reservation. Maybe I should call back to cancel and rebook. That's a hassle because they charge money for the call and it also takes time. My main concerns are them missing out on potential Gold benefits. It's been so long since I've flown international that I can't recall how some of these things work!
If you are still in the 24 hr window, and the price hasn’t increased, it could be worth it for “peace of mind!”
