DFW-CDG: had the chicken dish and it was horrible, Tasted day old and microwaved before being put into the tray for heating on the plane. Breakfast omelet approached the consistency of my bottom shoe sole. Overall D+.

CDG-DXB: Beef cheek with the mustard potatoes..absolutely first rate! It could have stayed in the warming oven a little less as it ws bordering on being dried from overcooking, but still a very pleasant meal B+. The snack before landing was an egg salad sandwich on a bun with a cake and some strawberry sweet puree topped with with chocolate shavings. Since I would rather eat ground glass than egg salad, I won't pass judgement.

DXB-CDG: Overnight flight so I ate in the lounge before take off and did not eat.

CDG-DFW: Had the beef cheek again....Superb as the crew warmed it JUST RIGHT so that it was flavorful and moist. Before landing, I reluctantly took the chicken breast with potatoes. Anticipated another "shoe leather" experience, but was very surprisingly moist and tender.....BOTH of these meals show how important crew attention is to the warming process to avoid under or over cooking! A+++.

Once again, convinced that the European carriers are heads above the US carriers!!!!!!!!
was that the same chicken as in my post?
