The ground services of Lufthansa for first class are some of the best in the world. There is a separate terminal for first class passengers in Frankfurt, completely separated from the main terminal. But even the first class lounges (not the Senator lounge) are quite above what ANA offers in the Suite Lounges. In the air no doubt ANA is better, but Lufthansa does offer a very good first class product in the air as well.

And to be honest, the Suite Lounges are a really weak point of the ANA F product.
