Staff in FCO will be contract hired and may not understand what's going on if the computer says it should be economy only. Have all your paper work and insist it should be J class baggage all the way. It would be on a revenue ticket.
Thank you! I appreciate the advice. I suppose what I can't find is some paperwork that says the business class allowance applies in this situation. EDIT: Found it.
