Any suggestions on contacting Hilton or the Diamond Desk
Any suggestions?
Have two incorrectly posted stays from earlier this month.
One was a 5 night stay on points, which has changed to a 4 night stay on my account and no night credit or additional points awarded. Very odd.
The second I paid for and received zero points.
Both were in the same week and both very odd.
I emailed the Diamond desk with copies of the invoices but just get automated emails back.
That was 12 days ago and I am still waiting.
The hotel tells me that points are done by head office and there is nothing they can do.
Feel a bit let down to be honest.
I am not in the USA, so hence the email. This is normally rapid.
