Far be it for me to disagree with you, CWS, but it was definitely more than slightly raised voices. It wasn't just the shouting and screaming, it was the words used too. Similar situation in B gates on way to Stuttgart when the boards showed gate as boarding prematurely but the gate was still boarding another flight. Shouting and disrespectful language (not foul language - massively impolite worse than blunt). No please, no thank you, just "NO STUTTGART" WE ARE NOT BOARDING STUTTGART! SIT BACK DOWN (excuse the capitals but these words were shouted. So this is more than a one off - it's becoming ingrained. And yes again, I reported it on board and via twitter. Now he may well have been stressed and having a bad day trying to close a flight that had boarded late (something we found out from the captain once on board), but he could have used the tannoy to politely ask people to wait rather than shout rudely when the reason why people were coming forward was that the flight was showing as boarding.
