Thanks for the clarification. IME when hotels have a “club room” the main difference is a) you get access to the club, b) the rooms are on the same floor or above/below the club floor and c) have slightly nicer amenities (bathrobe, maybe a discount on pressing, etc.)

With the GHT, since the club is on the 10th floor, not sure if b) ever applied since I think most people would prefer the higher floors with (slightly) better views.
