He looked embarrassed and I appreciated his humbleness. The BA flight attendant had no idea what was going on and after the man (an Italian national no less) bolted down the air stairs I explained. I said that "full English" took it's toll on the poor sod. He had to do what he had to do". She laughed (thank god).
