Has anyone been there? I didn't find a dedicated thread or anything related in the Hilton forum, even using Google.

I have a 2 night stay end of February and I would like some suggestion about getting there from the airport, Terminal 3 (arriving on AA). Can be reached by foot with bags in tow?
Also, would the reception be able to call a reliable taxi, accepting cards, to downtown/zona hotelera?
My husband chose it as a base for a Chichen Itza tour, since it's one of the cheapest Hilton in Cancun and it's close to the airport.
