Yes, OsakeWino is correct, with points, you can book a base room or a base room with club access, but neither will allow for 2 adults + 2 children.

What you can do is just book the room with two adults with points, then contact the hotel to see if they will upgrade the reservation to a Deluxe room that will accommodate the entire party. I did something similar a couple years ago, and at the time was charged about 9000 yen a night for the guaranteed upgrade.
