Which begs the question -- why give them to every business passenger automatically? Just go around and offer the Bose headsets and mark down who they were given to. Then let people return when they are done (and want to sleep). If you don't turn them back in or leave them in a place the flight attendant can reach, then expect to be woken up. No cabin announcements should be necessary.
