I’m trying to eat more beans and less meat, so tonight I made a variant of rice and beans.

Once the beans were cooked, I sautéed garlic, tomatoes, and mushrooms in olive oil, added some lemon juice, togarashi, Lawry’s salt, black pepper, and paprika. Added the beans, stirred it all together, then spooned it on top of the rice.
It was good! Not bad for throwing something together.
