Assuming all things are nominal (eg not a delayed flight), I think it’s fair to politely ask if they will be doing a PDB service. Though no, hard alcohol is not part of it. I believe the only alcoholic option is the sparkling wine.
If they won’t perform one, I’d accept it as the flight crew is in charge once you step aboard the aircraft. You can always comment on it post flight via Alaska Listens.
