No. That would involved negotiations with Panasonic, and GoGo. They aren't going to release any specifics until they have agreements.
I believe all the commercial agreements are done. There is no way T-Mobile is announcing they are funding free Wi-Fi globally with commercial agreements still to be worked out. I believe it's just an issue of deploying the hardware across the ~100 aircraft that utilize Panasonic.
