Flew EWR-LAX and LAX-HNL yesterday. The ice I ate after downing my bloody marys and rum and cokes didn't disappoint. FA's on both flights approached me early to get my declination on UA's other in-flight offerings. Took meals in EWR and LAX UCs. The LAX UC clam chowder was more chunkier than SFO's has been.
Why does UA insist on providing a "croissant" (and I use the term loosely) w/ their "french toast" (again loosely used) instead of a meat side? I guess it's too complicated to alter the basic fruit/yogurt/"croissant" tray set up. And maybe cost...
