Why does bonvoy make things difficult? It seems like a very low occupancy date so I am just going to ignore this. But even if they are “excited for my upcoming stay” it doesn’t feel welcoming to me. “We are excited for your upcoming stay at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. We would like to advise you that your reservation is in a non-guaranteed status at this time. A deposit of the 1st night room and tax is due to secure the reservation. Please call our Resort Services department to retain your reservation.
If you booked your reservation directly with Marriott or used the Marriott Bonvoy app, you may need to update the card on file. Once your method of payment has been updated, please be advised that you must call our Resort Services department to guarantee your booking to avoid cancellation as we do not have access to the updated information. Any of our Resort Services Costars will be happy to assist with retaining your reservation.
The toll free number to our Resort Services department is 877.551.7778 , or 702.698.7000 any one of our costars will be happy to assist!
Our office hours are from 5AM-11PM pacific standard time. We look forward to speaking with you soon!”
Were you actually charged a deposit? This is standard operating procedure for Vegas casino resorts, if you weren’t charged there may indeed be a problem.
