At Denver airport on January 21. The day at the airport seemed normal, with planes landing on time and all. However, it took over 30 minutes to get our bags. Not the end of the world, but another 32 minutes to get ski gear? This does seem like the 'End of the World'. There were about 12 skis and boards, and really don't understand how they can unload the baggage carts, and then take an additional 32 minutes to put ski gear on a rack and wheel it upstairs.
