hello - I've had no trouble for the last 2 years with this method. Delta has been my airline choice for the benefit and has not changed

For some reason this year seeing some weirdness and wondering what folks would recommend?

1/12 - purchased ticket for $750.29 - $550 giftcard = $200.29 charged to platinum
1/13 - transaction posts on amex
1/14 - when i click the transaction details, shows up as "additional collection" including passenger name and ticket number

as of today 1/29 (10 business days after) - no meter movement or credit on the transaction history. Typically it happened in that same 2-4 business day timeline for past years
