I fly Lax/NYC every 2 weeks and completely gave up on UA. AA maybe have the 2x2 on the A321T but the service, food and availability to pre select my meals is a huge plus. Not to mention access to the Flagship lounge is great compared to the UA club on each end. Once AA puts the new 1x1 A321XLR on this route it’s going to be awesome
I sent a note to 1KVoice about the pathetic service and contrasted the experience to when I’ve flown AA. I got this bland/boilerplate response. Wouldn’t hold my breath for anything changing when even their response is screaming “we don’t care”.
