It's been stalled for quite some time; I drove by it yesterday and there's no sign of construction or activity, and the building is very much unfinished and raw inside. It's a shame as it has the standout feature of an infinity pool running the full length of the suspended lip midway up the building... but Doha is currently awash with a glut of hotel rooms so they're delaying a bunch of openings. The EDITION around the corner from this place, for instance, is also done externally, but the opening was pushed to 2024.
