Sam's tracks buyer's purchases very closely (I know (as does Sams
) exactly what I or my wife buys at Sams using their app). Since you have to use your member number to buy items, WM knows exactly what you are buying which means that Citi does as well.
However, if you have gotten your rebate as you claim, then this is exciting. Thanks for the DP.
