I didn’t like the St. Regis at all, so I definitely prefer the RC. STR doesn’t seem to have great MB recognition (I had to argue for my initial upgrade to a larger room and received the suite only after some serious noise issues).

The service in the RC was great and I was upgraded from the Deluxe room to a suite proactively.
