Comments: Property just opened on December 1. Given upgrade from lowest to highest room category. Warmly greeted by Swathi (Guest Experience Manager) who gave us a tour around. Hotel features double-tiered canopy beds in all rooms.
You got lucky - just checked in and despite them having all SNA category suites available for upgrade, they did not upgrade me from the base room. No respect for my Titanium membership whatsoever. The reception just said that the suites are "fast selling" and so they won't necessarily upgrade even if they have availability.
There is also no wardrobe to hang clothes...!
