probably not the right way to ask for help.. I just wanted to mention this here.
I booked a ticket in 2021 (june) Doha - Nagoya however the flights to Nagoya kept being cancelled again and again.. So I had to reschedule every once in a while.
In August 2022 I was already rebooked for January 2023 when I recieved another cancellation for this flight. I was told by the agent that I can decide until March 2023 (thats when my ticket was suppose to expire), so I kept waiting and then called in December 2022 (still a few months ahead.
I was shocked when another agent informed me that she cant find my ticket anymore and that it probably expired and CANNOT rebook me or REFUND me?

I keep calling to etihad regularly but they keep telling me "call within 72 hours.." but nothing is happening.
