What is your spending habits on the card like? You must be doing something that Citi likes to be throwing these offers at you even when you are still in the initial 3 month sub period. For me, I got no offers so far. Also, the offers tab on the card website. Does offers also show up there as well? I check on that offer section whenever I log in and it is always empty.
