I feel like everyone says this but every experience I've had there...its always underwhelming for the cost - would much rather go out and eat a nice restaurant - unless you are solely there for the crab legs (which I am not) - the food is above average for a buffet (which isn't say that much)
I've tried all the major Vegas buffets and the quality is just not there, whether it be the ingredients (poor cuts of meat, seafood that is meh), flavor or the preparation (overcooked, oversalted, dry, etc). Everything is cafeteria level. I've had great AYCE buffets, but NOT in Vegas.
