What do you mean by protected?

On a dummy booking just now It's showing me as available to book/select (I'm currently Gold). IIRC and in previous personal experiences bassinet seats open up from T-72 but can be anytime until T-24.

Check again at OLCI and I'd recommend checking in at the first second it opens so be logged in it should be available then. On ExpertFlyer 30 K is also showing as available. On an overnighter there's really no difference in the A or K seat so available if you can choose that.
