Comments: Requested upgrade through VIP manager week of who said the request would be noted on my reservation, and via chat day of who said I'd be upgraded to their "wonderful skyline room" aka high floor. There are still suites available as I type this, so slightly annoyed but nothing to let get in the way of a fun trip.
