Embraer E175L (Operated by SkyWest)

Allow me to nitpick a bit here: When did a selection of 3 cheeses and 10 crackers start being considered a meal (catered for everyone - no other choice)? Also, why the banana? This flight originated in Houston - it wasn't a roundtrip galley. So, why the shelf-stable cheese tray? Q4 dinner was the Zatar chicken (cold of course). Pie in the Sky is tired (there, I said it). <crawls off soapbox>

Service was fine. Flight attendant was friendly but service was perfunctory. At meal taking, greeted with a "Do you want a meal". Slow on the drink refills. I don't expect much on these flights and even less of SkyWest. But, cheese as your main course is kind of laughable (especially after the Polaris-esque meals on the way to Bogota) although I guess I should be glad we got anything. Someone in catering should have been demoted a long time ago!

A classic main course of gouda and cheddar!
At least you got the fresh fruit bowl and not the kiddie cup. It never made sense to me for the larger regional flights out of a hub to not get something better. The nasty sandwiches from 2021 can stay there, but how difficult can it be to have some single serve sandwiches. Even a cold ham or turkey sandwich would be a huge step up. I'm a sandwich from Kwik Trip, nothing fancy.
