Don't most disabled rooms have roll-in showers, not tubs?

And I must have lower standards than the reviewer, because that room looked perfectly fine and the examples of above-and-beyond customer service seemed to far exceed the one drawback which, a 7pm checkout, was a pretty ridiculous request to begin with.
