Flying Cebu Pacific from MNL T4. Lounge access.
I will be flying in from BKI to MNL T3 and later to MPH but that journey is from T4. Is it possible to use the Priority Pass lounges in T1 or T3? I suspect that I will be on the wrong side of Security or Passport Control.
Fortunately the return flights are coming in and out of T3.
