If you're looking at flying down April 3, that's Holy Week, Semana Santa, the spring-breakiest week of the year. Certainly flights to CUN will be expensive. I always thought there was such a glut of flights to CUN that competition kept fares reasonable ... except for that time of year. (To MID, you have only commuter-jet flights with AA and UA.) Have you priced flights to CUN if you left a week later and stayed until the end of the month?
