I was upgraded at 48 hours and was given the option to pre-order the Breakfast Frittata with red potatoes, chicken sausage, sauteed spinach and cheddar cheese, the Green Chile Frittata with roasted cherry tomatoes, salsa verde and queso fresco or the Yogurt granola bowl with Greek yogurt, lavender honey blueberries and granola.

PDB was the choice of water, OJ or sparkling wine (and the Purser offered to make mimosa's). When it came time for orders, the pre-order was not acknowledged and we were offered the choice of a Denver Scramble, Belgian Waffle (not waffles..) or Yogurt. I, despite being in row 3, was still able to get the scramble.

The fruit was fresh and the scramble was actually pretty good for an airplane egg dish! I forgot to bring some hot sauce, but it still had good flavor and was filling.
