The Ph-BHA would be the first 787-9 to have PE , it is supposed to fly from january 31 st... next should be PH-BHC

As mentioned elsewhere PH-BKK a 787-10 does not have the new PE yet, and currently only operates to/from ATL

PH-BHA should receive PE soon though, well perhaps a nice surprise for youngtraveller after all.
