The names on the pre-order list are similar to those meals served on the Polaris business. But the bowl on the picture is clearly a FC/business offer, not Polaris business one.
So, do not blame Scott for cheapness.

Pleasantly surprised by the pre-order selections on this flight to Bogota. Service was solid. Short rib was cooked perfectly with a mostly pink center (and legitimately looked like the pre-order option). The one thing I wish UA would upgrade is the dessert! Pie in the Sky (the chocolate one, not the biscoff) was not warmed and just doesn't present itself as a premium option (don't get me wrong, I like it, but...). Overall, solid showing and an incredibly great ride (737MAX-8) and friendly crew.
