For us 1k flyers, they should allow us to wait for the next available agent instead of the voice response. I will not use this system at all. If I get into the loop, I will hang up and try again. Also, I will try the 00 option and see it that works.
For whats it worth, I just called Domestic reservations. After pushing 2, I was on hold for about a minute, it went to an agent. So there may be some times when you don't get the voice system.
