Two thoughts on the MHC service.
- If you want *time-critical* services (e.g. fast-disappearing award bookings or TSU redemptions) don't email -- just call. Any of the other MHCs on duty should be able to take care of you pretty quickly. Even the standard Globalist line can. And they're more than happy to if it's within their power.
- MHC is great for sorting out long-winded conversations that you'd normally have with customer support. Bad property billings/accounting etc. They have the know-how and authority to just sort a bunch of these out right-quick without you having to sit on hold talking to a low-level CS agent. This is where they really shine.
