CAI was historically a WW route. In the space of 12 years its gone from being operated by 747-400 with First Class to a 3 Class 777 to a 2 class midhaul ex BMI 321 with Club World/World Traveller to the current Neo and Club Europe / Euro Traveller with BoB setup. No matter how you choose to spin it or justify it, you have to admit that's hardly progression from a passenger perspective.
