No one has mentioned my favorite BA web site gaff. For some years now, it has not been possible to book open-jaw travel. Instead, the BA web team have imaginatively allowed for the rare scenario where you wish to fly out from one airport and back to another.

I'm guessing that this was a design flaw based on a simple misunderstanding. The amazing thing is that this has still not been fixed.
